I believe whole heartedly in my mission in life, which is to educate, support and motivate people to look after their health both mentally and physically. Our physical and mental wellbeing must be addressed on a daily basis.
Please don't take it for granted. It honestly is a pleasure to have energy, concentration, stamina, strength and movement at any age.
Just 150 mins of physical activity a week is all you need along with a healthy and balance nutrition plan. It doesn't have to be fancy or complicated. Consistency is the key.
For your mind, find some time to relax and mediate, allow some peace in your life. Exericse positive mental thoughts, and disciplines daily.
