Meet Annie Foulds—part coach, part cheerleader, part caffeine-fueled whirlwind. She’s been running marathons longer than most people have kept houseplants alive and somehow manages to make burpees almost fun (we said almost).

 

Annie’s the kind of trainer who’ll gently push you to your limits—then make you laugh about it while you’re gasping for air. With 24+ years of pavement-pounding, two grown sons, and a never-ending playlist of 80s bangers, she brings motivation, mischief, and muscle to every session.

 

Warning: training with Annie may cause increased confidence, spontaneous dancing, and an irrational belief that you too could run an ultra-marathon. (Spoiler: you probably can.)

Annie has also been lacing up her trainers for a higher purpose. Over the past 24 years, she has run marathons for charity — 15 of them in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital.
