Annie’s varied experience across fitness, athletics, endurance sport and personal development allows her to create a training experience that is personal, intelligent and genuinely individual.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Her expertise is not simply in exercise.
It is in understanding people.
LONGEVITY ISN’T ABOUT LIVING LONGER.
It’s about living better for longer.
The goal isn’t simply to add years to your life.
It’s to make sure those years are filled with strength, mobility, independence, energy and purpose.
Building muscle.
Maintaining bone strength.
Protecting mobility.
Developing cardiovascular fitness.
Keeping your mind engaged.
And continuing to challenge yourself.
These aren’t simply fitness goals.
They are investments in the quality of your future.
Your health is your greatest investment.
The earlier you invest in it, the more freedom it can give you later.
Annie believes that true strength comes from developing the mind as well as the body. It is about becoming physically capable, mentally resilient and confident in who you are, so that you can meet life’s challenges with greater strength and continue to embrace its opportunities.
Her approach is grounded in trust, consistency, compassion and accountability. Whether she is challenging someone physically, helping them overcome self-doubt or supporting them through a period of change, her goal remains the same:
To help people recognise what they are capable of.
Her approach is built around five principles:
BELIEF
Helping people recognise their strengths, challenge limiting beliefs and develop genuine confidence in themselves.
RESILIENCE
Teaching people to face setbacks, embrace challenges and understand that difficulty can be part of growth.
CONNECTION
Creating an environment where people feel respected, heard, supported and understood.
LEADING BY EXAMPLE
Living the values she teaches, consistency, discipline, perseverance, authenticity and a commitment to continual growth.
POTENTIAL
Encouraging people to discover what they are capable of and to create a life they feel proud to live.
Strength is bigger than fitness.
It is the confidence to try something new.
The resilience to keep going when life becomes difficult.
The physical capability to remain independent.
The discipline to keep investing in yourself.
The belief that you are capable of more than you may think.
Annie’s own life reflects this philosophy. Through decades in fitness and endurance sport, she has experienced first-hand the discipline, setbacks, uncertainty and determination required to keep moving forward.
Her work is not simply about changing what someone’s body can do.
It’s about changing what they believe they can do
that is where fitness becomes something much more powerful a foundation for life.

Annie’s career has included collaborations with leading fitness and lifestyle brands, combining her expertise in training, running, strength and movement.
As a Sweaty Betty Ambassador, Annie was featured as the expert behind the #SBFlyFlexFlow workout a programme combining outdoor running intervals, full-body conditioning and yoga-inspired movement into one comprehensive training session.
The programme brought together three key elements of Annie’s approach:
CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS
Running intervals designed to challenge the heart and build fitness.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Full-body movements designed to develop strength, stability and physical capability.
MOBILITY & RECOVERY
Yoga-inspired movement to help restore mobility and finish the session with intention.
It reflects something that has remained central to Annie’s work throughout her career:
Before returning to my passion and setting up my own business. I had the honour and opportunity to work and learn for the very best Bosses. Executive Assistant to The Honorable Timothy Knatchbull. Author of "From a Clear Blue Sky". Surviving the Mountbatten Bomb.
Personal Assistant to Marco Dell'Aquila Entrepreneur, adviser investor and professor with a career of over 30 years spanning the delopment and financing of renewable and clern energy technologies. Founded (Power Captial - a pioneering advisory firm with mandates won of over $9 billion.)
From dance and athletics to endurance sport, fitness and personal training.
Movement has been part of Annie’s life from the very beginning.
Her journey started at just four years old, when she began studying dance in Suffolk. Over the following 14 years, she trained in ballet, tap, jazz, modern and contemporary dance, developing an early understanding of movement, discipline, body control and performance.
As a teenager, Annie also competed in athletics, representing her school and local running club, Ipswich Harris, as a 200-metre runner. She became a Suffolk County 200-metre runner and was athletics captain at Northgate High School.
That early foundation in movement became the beginning of a lifelong relationship with fitness.
FROM PERFORMANCE TO FITNESS
Annie later pursued modelling and dance, working professionally in Suffolk and Norfolk before moving into the fitness industry.
As a former fashion model and fitness competitor, she developed an in-depth understanding of muscle development, physical conditioning and cardiovascular fitness.
She has modelled for Puma Sports Clothing, appeared on the front cover of Time Out Magazine, and competed successfully in fitness shows in London.
And then there was one particularly unforgettable moment…
In 2007, Annie danced with Prince for 45 minutes during his Earth Tour at London’s O2 Arena.
An experience she describes simply as: Epic.
THE RUNNER
Running became another defining part of Annie’s story.
With more than 25 years of running and over 100 race medals, she has competed across distances from 5K and 10K through to half-marathons, marathons and ultra-marathons.
Her endurance journey has taken her to races and events across the world, including:
London • New York • Scotland • Sweden • South Africa • Sahara
From road racing to extreme endurance events, running has taught Annie some of the lessons that now sit at the heart of her philosophy:
Consistency. Discipline. Resilience. Patience. And the ability to keep moving forward when things become difficult.
BECOMING A FITNESS PROFESSIONAL
In February 2009, Annie qualified as a Level 3 Fitness Professional with Premier International and began working as a Bootcamp Instructor for Fit For A Princess.
She subsequently developed her career as an Advanced Personal Trainer, eventually establishing herself as a trusted fitness professional working independently in Kensington & Chelsea.
Today, after more than three decades immersed in movement, sport and fitness, Annie brings together everything she has learned, from dance, athletics and endurance running to strength training, personal development and coaching.
Her experience isn’t one discipline.
