The quickest way to ditch a fitness routine is boredom and the fastest track to sheer boredom is monotony in your exercises.  I offer a great variety of workouts. Quick, simple nutrition advice. High-intensity intervals sessions (Insanity), circuit training, running, TRX and functional exercises.
