It is essential to recognise that our bodies are designed to move for extended periods throughout the day.

 

My purpose is to support you in restoring your physical activity levels and highlight the numerous benefits associated with regular exercise. Engaging in regular physical activity can significantly enhance your overall well-being and contribute to a longer, healthier life.
